We were worried about going through a dealership expecting the usual dealership tactics. That was not the case with PMA. Mick was our initial dealer, and even though the shop was an hour from closing, Mick was not rushing us and took the time to go through our needs and wants. We browsed through 4 different vehicles and found our future car that was just received that day. There was no rush from him, and he even threw us the keys to take the cars on a test drive without him. The entire team helped with the paperwork and no hidden fees when we purchased the car. I had my car shipped from the dealership at Ramstein, and the process was very easy. Mick and the rest of the team were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I went into the office not knowing what type of vehicle I wanted, but he was patient with me and showed me a whole list in order to help me find the perfect one. After the car arrived, I also had them put tints on the windows. I would highly recommend!

I would give even more stars if I could. Bronagh is the best! She made what was a really complicated situation, really easy. She found a way to get my old car sold and my new dream car to me, all at the same time. I usually hate buying cars, but she made it such a good experience. She is easy to talk to and so helpful.

oh man I could not say enough good things about Bronagh! My husband and I both bought a car from her, she communicated well and got all of the paperwork situated. When my husbands car was delayed due to Oktoberfest, she gave us the curtsey car so we would have to rent a car or worry about a car. She goes above and beyond for everyone and we will be back!
